I did not find audio clip’s “The Gentle Practice of ACIM” page, so I have some comments/questions regarding this post maybe someone has understanding of.
Jamie says to be gentle with ourselves. Ken says not to work so hard too. However, Adyashanti says that one can inquire into one’s thoughts, open them, dive into them and then release them. I believe, this way of inquiring thoughts, feelings, emotions is of non personal state, when you can do that without ego. For example, in my life, I am feeling I am having just one problem, around every other is wrapped up. So I want to get to the root of this other approach… I know this is quite dangerous because ego wants to get rid of unpleasant things, that is… I WANT! But everything has it’s time. Anyways, how to practice forgiveness consciously while sitting on the coach? :) I asked Jamie the same question directly, and I hope he will elaborate on this :)
Cheers, everyone,
Gabrielius

Thank you for making these easy to find. I like the short quick burst approach – one thought to hang on to for as long as I can.
You guys are sooo responsive…just love you.
