Class: Panic Attacks
Class summary: The first part of class answers the question: “The Course says we have to look at the ego and simply do nothing, since it is nothing. It also says we have to undo what was made, that is, the ego. The first way is more like ‘watching’ while the other one involves a bit of action at first glance. I feel these two don’t contradict in the end, but I still want you to comment on this, please.” The second part of class consists of “Mountain Musings” (various random thoughts and ideas). The third and final part of class is a 38-minute recording of a private session with Lyla where the focus is on panic attacks. I’d like to once again thank Lyla for giving me permission to include this in class.
Time of class: 1:32:37
It’s been a busy month for Bonnie; her violin accompaniment will return soon.`

Many important things for me in this class:
You don’t think your way to the memory of your sinlessness, you watch your way to this memory. You watch with Jesus at your side.
Loved these nuggets: “When you can be in your ego peacefully, you will really feel the power of forgiveness You are well on your way.” “Don’t be a ’spiritual seeker’.. Instead, think ‘I am a seeker of specialness. I am in love with separation’.”
Powerlessness is the panic we feel. It seems our bodies have all the power, instead of our mind.
Jesus wants absolutely EVERYTHING to be seen as symbols of His Love. We then can eventually experience ourselves as being surrounded by His Love.
This process doesn’t go on forever. Every step we take, we are closer to that end. While we think we are sinking, we are actually growing wings.
Quiet is where it’s at… quiet is good. There is a quiet place in us we can go when we are in panic, it’s always there, Jesus is quiet. It is in quiet that we will depart.

Unspeakable gratitude to ♡Lyla♡ for sharing her sessions, her pain and process with us, and to ♡Monk♡ for his love for Lyla and all of us. This class has been an incomparable gift. I can’t breathe either, so this class was speaking directly to my fear and panic, as it was speaking to Lyla’s… again, Lyla, I thank you so much.
Love,
Mother
