  1. Mother Superior whispered:

I really enjoyed this class. I can’t hear enough the reminders that I am a mind, and can choose Peace Instead Of This.

Some nuggets from class for me:

Level confusion is saying “I am not a body” when your knee is hurting. The Course is written to help us on the level that we believe we are on.. our experience is that we are here in the world. So the practice would be, saying “I chose to be in pain and it is showing up in my knee. – Please help.”

When our guilt surfaces, it is because we are ready to look at it. We are never letting more up to consciousness than we can currently handle, with Help.

If you “look”, you’re not projecting, and if you’re not projecting, you’re not denying. If you’re not denying, you’re not reinforcing. That is the process, and the practice, of undoing our identification with the body, and the ego.

Joining means recognize the Truth in another. You first must do this in yourself, so you remove your judgements in order to join.

Don’t fall in to the trap of saying that since something bad happened in the world, I must have chosen my ego… I must have wanted to punish myself..

This class has helped me so much to see the events in my life differently, and hopefully with less guilt. I am thrilled that these classes are helping me change my thinking, and I am experiencing less fear. I can feel the changes as I experience some bad health days, I am noticing that I am not as fearful. In fact, I’m a little nonchalant about it at times. This is the part where I turn and look around the room, wondering when the real Debbi is gunna show up. LOL – This is a very big deal for me. I am choosing Peace more often.

    Thank you Monk
