Wonderful class!! I chose it as my 5th Subscriber’s Choice class and I’m so glad I did. It included some very timely teaching and comfort for me right now. Here are some of the notes I took:

I just loved your descriptions, Monk, of what waiting is, and what it is not.

We all want to be right. Right about separation, and that we exist as individuals.

The world is really monotonous… same old thing over and over, but we create false tension, change. Ken often says that the Peace of God is boring, as it never changes.

Forgiveness is what you do WITH the ego.. it’s acknowledging I do have an ego, but now I’m finally going to deal with it in a different way.

Our job is not to live peacefully, it is to look at our unpeaceful thoughts gently. Any attempts to fix myself is impatience, right back in to the ego’s thinking.

Loved the explanation of what to do with our fear.

Thank you Monk for this powerful class… and to all the participants for their questions, sharing, and laughter.

    All my love,
    Mother
